how early I can apply for visa extension before visa expiry?

how early I can apply for visa extension before visa expiry?

Hi,
I came to UK in SEPT 2010 on a T2 ICT visa valid for 3 years. Extended in OCT 2013 for 2 years.
Now it's due in OCT, I want to how much early I can apply. If it's getting expired in OCT, can I apply in July?

you can apply anytime before the expiry of your current visa. you could apply today if you want.
