hello,guys please can someone provide me information here .i have already done Msc in 2011 and in 2yr psw i have work as software testing engg but after that i didn't got any sponsor then so for that i started 2yr MBA general and i have finished my 1st yr and now started 2nd yr meanwile now after lot of interviews now i got employers are ready sponsor to me .please can i able switch now from tier-4 to tier-2. please is it possible to switch as per new rules and if any1 faced same situation please guide to me.thanks
