Tier 2 ICT Short term to Tier 2 General Dependent

Hi,

I was in UK between March 2014 and March 2015 on Tier 2 ICT short term along with my wife traveling on Tier 2 ICT short term dependent visa. She was working in a UK firm during the same period. Post March 2015, we returned from UK. My wife's firm wants to sponsor her on a Tier 2 General visa. She got the link http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tie ... 72775.html which applies to our situation.

I am worried that my Tier 2 General dependent may get rejected because of the cooling off period. Can anyone confirm?

Cooling off is not applicable if you apply as a dependent.
