I am in the same boat as well. I am on Tier 4 dependant visa which is valid until December 2016. I got an offer for a "graduate level" position, and am under 26.
My company applied for RCoS in june and july but wasn't granted. So, I should begin work under Tier 4 dependant visa in September, and the company can keep applying for RCoS again and again until being granted one.
My questions are;
1) Can I continue working during my application/switching to Tier 2 process?
2) When the 6 months validity of current RLMT expires, my company might need to do another one. Will I be considered "new entrant" or "experienced worker" after working there 1 or 2 months? ( Please recall that I am under 26 and the position is advertised for university graduates)
