Visa Backdated Tier 2 ICT

Hi,

My Intended date of travel on visa application was 24th Aug, 2015 and I have my work permit (CoS) valid from 17th Aug, 2015. I had my visa appointment & biometrics collection on 28th July, 2015. But due to some error, my visa vignette has been stamped backdated from 17th July – 16th Aug where it should have actually started from 24th Aug, 2015.

Could you please help me in getting the dates corrected on my stamped vignette visa. How should I proceed about it and what is the turnaround time for getting it resolved.
