Can Tier 2 dependent visa convert into Tier 2 main applicant

I have applied tier 2 dependent for my wife and she got the visa. Can my employer apply again tier 2 main applicant so that she can travel and work in UK.

Is there any switching possible for Tier 2 dependent to Tier 2 main applicant.

Possible -

1. Your employer needs to do RLMT
2. Assign RCoS once RLMT is done.
3. Your wife must apply from outside the UK
