TIER 2 ICT Established Staff - Part 6A Immigration rules

Hi,

I have a TIER 2 ICT Established staff Visa granted on March 22nd 2011. This was given for 3 years. This was extended in 2014 for 2 more years and that year there was no Established staff sub category. So it was changed to Long Term. But Part 6A of Immigration rules state TIER 2 ICT granted before April 6 2011 will qualify for ILR. Can this be clarified please?

Can you tell me where in Part-6a you have seen that Tier 2 ICT granted before April 2011 are eligible for ILR?
