over 90 days leave PBS dependant - please help

I am tier 2 dependant. I did not complete my notice period in India before I arrived to UK.
My Indian employer wants me to come back to india and serve 3 months (90 days) notice period.
Please let me know if my >90 days leave from UK will impact our ILR in future.
What evidence of my leave will be required if I go to India now and serve notice period.
I request immediate reply. I may have to travel asap.

as a dependent u can stay out of the country for as many number of days u want.
no proof needed.
