Hi all,

I am really in a difficult situation.

I am about to change my tier-2 employer. I need to give a month's notice to my current employer. I need to join my new employer on 1st October 2015. I am giving my one month notice to my current sponsor tomorrow ,i.e., on 8th September 2015 and the notice includes my annual leave of two weeks till 12th October 2015. I iwsh to know if I can join my new employer while on annual leave from current employer and also within the notice period of current employer?
