Need Help in Tier 2 ICT Dependant visa rejection

I am in UK in Tier 2 ICT. Have applied my son (dependant visa) through my employer.
But my son visa got rejected as i had made visa application for him only not with my husband.
Rejection reason was "they were not satisfied that the relevant points based system migrant is sole surving parent ,or that she has sole responsibility for my son upbringing".

So should i go for administrative review on the decision made within 28 days Or should i re apply for my son along with my husband, Please guide me.


Scenario is i have also arranged the day care for my son over UK and due to some official work my husband who was in India is travelling to outside India for a long term purpose. So i wanted to bring my son over UK.


If i challenge the decision with my genuine scenario , is it going to help. Or should i re apply for my son and within how many days from visa rejection i can re apply it.
