Hi everyone,
I have just got my visa extension refused because of salary.
My current salary: £25,000 / 35 hours a week
So my visa was refused as it makes around £27,800 / 39 hours a week.
My employer is ready to give me pay rise, Now it will be £28,000 / 35 hours a week.
So it will make £31,172 / 39 hours a week, which is barely crossing the requirement of £31,000.
Should I ask my employer for £28,500? then it will be around £31,700 Or £31,172 will be fine?
Also about health subcharge, on letter it says £600 will be refunded. Is it possible to use same health subcharge code on new application? or I'll have to wait for refund and then get new health subcharge code?
Last one, how will it affect my new application? Do I need to show some kind of proof that my salary is actually increased to £28,000 / 35 hours a week?
Thanks in advance.
