Contract Start date falls after Leave To Remain expiry date

Hi All,

My leave to remain in UK is going to expire on 25th of September and I have been assigned COS by a company on 14 September. I am going to submit my Tier 2 application by 18th of September which is well before my Leave to remain expire. However, in COS they put my job start on 1st November.
So, my question is would that be al-right in my case as they put job start date after my Leave to remain expire??
