Risk of Redundancy in the second month of T2 Sponsored Job

Got this job on mid-year. The job offer was good and permanent with bonuses etc. Moved my family and kids to England. Enrolled kids to state schools and everything went smooth.

Until I got the news that the Headmaster Office decided to close all the department and together with all the members of my team I have been given the risk of redundancy letter. :lol:

I am looking forward to find a another T2 Sponsored job hopefully.

I am not made redundant yet. If that happens it will be December. Is there anyone who can direct me in a kind of legal way (if this happened before and what were the consequences?).

Note: I know that if I am made redundant I will have 2-3 months to leave the country depending on how fast the Home Office takes action. I am just here to seek some legal advice if possible
