Tier 2 Dependent visa application fees

Hi All,

I couldn't find exact fees amount for tier 2 general dependent for up to 3 years. Please can somebody confirm the fees amount for Tier 2 General Dependent up to 3 years.

Also does all the passport and visa have to attested or copy of it should do the job?

Can my wife apply with all scanned copies or do I need to provide all original copies?
