Small mistake: Tier 2 General dependent child application

Hi
Our visa appointment is on Tuesday, 29th September. After submitting the form we realised that in the application of my son where they ask for main applicant we put end date as [b]5[/b]-October-2018 whereas it should be [b]4[/b]-October-2018.
What can we do? Shall we take 2 print of the same page where one print is as it is and second print is with corrected dates. If needed and if possible get it Notarised?
