Hoping someone might be able to advise me - I am about the apply to renew my Tier 2 Visa through my workplace but am very confused on exactly what is required. My borough (Brent) says all I need to do is have my sponsor (a primary school through the borough) write a letter confirming I am still working for them etc, and send that off with my passport. Surely that isn't all that needs doing?
I have looked online to try to find guidance on exactly what is required but whenever I search I seem to come back to the same gov.uk website that seems to tell me I have to go through the whole application process again (minus the resident labour test) including submitting evidence of amounts in my bank accounts etc.
Can anyone clarify exactly what steps need to be taken for a renewal/extention of a Tier 2?
