Hi,
I have:
1) Completed a Post Graduate Degree in the UK under Tier 4 in 2012
2) Completed 2 years under Post Study Work Tier 1 in early 2014
3) Switched to Tier 2 General (valid till Feb 2017) under my current employer from PSW, AND
4) am now looking to switch jobs due to potential role redundancy. I would be moving to a job of the same SOC Code.
Does any prospective employer have to complete a RMLT in this case? Or would I still be exempt from RMLT as my last leave to remain prior to Tier 2 was Tier 1 PSW?
Any help highly appreciated.
