Switching from tier 1 entrepreneur visa to tier 2 general

Post by hee » Sat Nov 07, 2015 7:41 pm

Could you please answer below queries please with Home office online links.

1) To switch from tier 1 entrepreneur to tier 2 general - > do we need restricted COS / unrestricted COS

1) tier 2 general Annual hours means ? -> is it 37.5 hours weekly / 40 hours weekly ?

2) does Experience salary specified in SOC codes (april 2015 updated document) targets 37.5 hours ? or 40 hours ? what is pro roto salary?

3) For ILR , is it ok if we get tier 2 general required salary for one year back from ILR application date ?

4) Do they accept tier 1 entrepreneur visa duration + tier 2 general visa (planning to switch to this visa) ?

if so what are the documents we need to submit to get the visa for total of 5 years ? please help.
