1.Tier2 WorkPermit - Aug 2008 to Aug 2010 ( First entry in Sep 2008).
2. Tier2 WP extension from UK - Got Tier2 General leave to remain Resident Permit - Sep 2010 to Oct 2012 however I changed to Tier2 ICT (Longterm staff) Dependent on my husband when I went back to India - Feb 2011 to Jan 2013 (Issued in India).
3. New Tier2 ICT (Longterm staff) applied from India in Feb2013 - valid from Apr/2013 to Mar/2015 issued in India(Didnt enter UK in year 2013,after leaving UK in Jan2013). Please note this is new Visa not extension of previous ones.
4. Entered UK again in Jun 2014 with above visa (point 3) and extension applied in Mar2015 (T2ICT Longterm leave to remain) until Apr 2017.
I have been with the same company since 2008 until now, I was in Malaysia work deputation in year 2013 until June 2014 and can obtain letter from the company for the same for the break.
Please note, whilst my stay from Sep 2008- Jan 2013, I had break of 180 days maternity break outside UK in year 2012 and rest of the years the absence was not more than 30 days.
Pls let me know if I am eligible for ILR, if not when will I become eligible.
