how many months payslips we need to submit to get ILR

Hi once we are in tier 2 general visa, how many months payslips we need to show before my ILR application date to prove that we are being annually at £35,500 to get ILR from 6th April 2018

No one can tell you what the rules will be in 2018. Under current rules, you only need one (the most recent) payslip.

Thanks for detailed reply - but do we have any UK BA Link which provides of information of need to provide the most recent payslip at the time of ILR application and any other document we need to provide along with the payslip.

One more query:(please help)

1) Currently we are on tier 1 entrepreneur visa - we are planning to switch to tier 2 general and planning to apply for ILR at the time of 5 years.

On tier 1 entrepreneur visa, as business is not so success, we have not invested said funds fully, and have not create jobs - does this cause issue at the time of getting ILR.

Could you please kindly reply (if possible with UK BA link to provide more details on my query)
