Application not decided on Same day - Premium appointment

Hello Guys,

Need Help to understand what must be happening!

Situation is:
I am on Tier 2 general visa valid until Oct 2019 and my current company's licence was suspended (Not Revoked). I found another job and company who is willing to sponsor me.

I booked an premium center appointment and on the day; I was told Case worker cannot make the decision on the same day as they need some more info from my existing employer(who's licence is suspended).

I am not sure what information they need, any Idea?

any one who had the same experience?
