Parking fine tier 2

Post by mando112 » Tue Jan 26, 2016 1:08 pm

Hi all,

If one applies for renewal and later ilr, do you have to disclose parking ticket fines from council and shopping mal?

I also received a non fixed penalty point for wrong number plate size ob my bike.

It was only a payment to pay and nothing else

Do you have to disclose them

Also i was on t2 general and moved to t2 dependent but home office had not updated their system so when returning to the uk i was detained for few minutes and was given a letter but few minutes later released and was told it was an error on home office which showed my visa was curtailed

Continue in your other thread where you've already been given advice.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
