Family Visa for Tier 2

Hi,
My employer is relocating me to UK on a Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer Visa. My employer has issued me the Certificate of Sponsorship valid for 5 years.

I will be applying for UK visa. Can I apply for my wife and 2 children (both under 5) with me?
If yes, what should be the reason of visit, visa type and visa sub-type?
