Switching from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General

Hi,

Currently I am holding a Tier2 ICT visa (long term visa),came to UK on Jan 2015.I have an new offer in UK with CoS(Which I need to join in 1 month time)

I) Can I switch from existing Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General using this new CoS.

II) How to check my cooling off period in my current CoS ( if there are any)

III) If I dont qualify with the new CoS,Please advice if there are any other options to move to Tier2 General

1.) Not without 12 months cooling off.

2.) Cooling off starts the day you leave the UK, even if your visa remains valid and expires after your departure.

3.) If you have a dependent, they could switch to Tier 2 general with no cooling off, but this would be subject to RLMT and they would need a restricted CoS.
