PBS discontinued. Will Home office accept ELA from NARIC

Hi, A few days a news came that PBS is going to be discontinued from April 5th and new applications will have to be take a English Language Assessment certificate from NARIC UK as part of the language requirements.

Based on this I applied for a ELA yesterday. However today my employer told me that NARIC is going to come up with a new service called VisaAndNationality specifically for this purpose. But that new service is going live only on 6th April.

Does anyone have an idea about this new service from NARIC and whether it will be used as substitute for ELA?
