Error Other than COS

If you make an error in your online application and if it gets refused e.g you entered may be your NI Number wrong or may be passport number or any typing error can you use Same COS.

What i mean to say is If cos details are incorrect i.e salary or Stuff and it is rejected based on COS Then i understand you need new COS

But if applications makes mistake in his application on things other than COS then can he use Same cos to reapply?
