Tier 2 General Sponsorship process details

Hi ,

Can anyone help me with the below queries with regards to the Tier 2 General Sponsorship?

1. I am running a small sized company in UK , If I need to get sponsorship licence what is the process ? Please do not give me the link to UK BA gov site. I've already went through the links in the UK BA Gov site but is not giving me the exact answer.
2. How much should be the annual turnover of the company to sponsor resource?
3. Is it possible for me to sponsor only one resource who is already working under Tier 2 ICT visa issued after 6 April 2010 visa stars from 23 Aug 2010?
4. how much do I need to pay to get the sponsorship rights ?
5. how much is the cost to get number of Cos to sponsor a person ?
6. Is there any certain eligibility criteria's to show to UK BA to get sponsorship licences ?
7. Also can you point me with some reasonable solicitors contact details with whom I can get in touch to get through with this sponsorship process?

Appreciate your responses as it is very urgent as I need to help the resource badly.
