Visa and nationality statement

HI
Last month when I applied for tier-2 general visa ,my application got refused.due to non-submission of UG Qualification comparison statement.I submitted English Language Assessment Certificate from NARIC.and submitted UG OD and transcripts at VFS.Still I got refusal letter saying" You need to submit certificate from NARIC which says your UG Qualification is equivalent or above UK Degree."

This time DO I need Submit Statement of Qualification comparison from NARIC in addition to English Language Assessment above? or there is exclusive service under Visa and Nationality statement for Tier-2 ?

please advise me
