RMLT Clarification-Tier 2 General

Hi,

I need some guidance from you experts on the below:

I am a ICT Tier 2 dependant, working for a company in UK, since the last 8 months. There are a position that the company is interviewing for(same Standard Occupation Code as my current role), and has completed the RMLT for this position. I have also been interviewed for the same position.
The company has agreed that if they are not able to find a suitable candidate for the position in the next 2 weeks, then they will consider me for the same, and will sponsor me for the same.

As a part of the Tier 2 Visa application, the National Insurance number needs to be provided. Hence, the UK Home office can find out, that i have been working for the same employer. So, is there a chance that the CoS/Visa might be rejected, as i have been working for the same employer, even if the RMLT has been carried out within the proper guidelines?

Please suggest. Looking forward to your expert guidance.
