COS ERROR FOR LABOUR TEST OPTIONS

Hi my new employer issued the cos for tier 2 general change of employment application and if he made error in labour test options that it’s not applicable as this is a tier 2 general extension application but they done labour test for 28 days so as in live cos he can’t amend it he added note for that In sponcer note that they done Labour test for 28 days and this is the. Reference number so is that ok ? My question is that not make my application in trouble? Or I’m fine ? Plz help me thanks
