UKVCAS - unable to login

Dear Members, would appreciate it if any one can assist me regarding below:
I have submitted my Tier 2 General extension today and paid IHS & visa fee (for priority service). I chose UKVCAS service thinking that I won't have to post all documents.
I have registered in UKVCAS and Since morning trying to login. But I could not login either using Google Chrome or IE. However, I could login using my mobile phone's Google Chrome. But even in the mobile phone I could not find any available appointment (Cardiff, Newport etc.).
Is there anything I am missing or doing wrongly?

update your browsers in your computer, you have to choose a centre that you feel will be suitable for you!, if you dont find appointments keep searching, you might get one at a later date or you might have to travel to someplace...

I faced similar issue and could only book apointment in Croydon although i selected this so could go to one in reading(berkshire)

So no option and to select Croydon which is far from my location. (a bit of scam)

Thanks for sharing your experiance. At last I managed to login using a different computer. But the first available slot is on 8th Jan. If I knew this, I would have selected the existing service. I don't know is it possible to change my selection to existing service. Hope it can be done in some ways.

i tried to look for steps to change to existing but finally gave up..

Hi Das.
I guess I would also need to give up and use the VCAS service.
May I know what document did you submit? During the application process, it asked to upload only the passports and BRP. Should I need to upload any other document?
