Help tier2 general omitted supporting documents

I had my tier2 general biometric on 26 of November,but I forgot to submit the TB certificate at the visa center.
Its 15 days since this,and I havn't got any update.
Please what should I do/expect at this time.?
Has any one ever made this costly mistake,how was it resolved or is it outright visa refusal?
