Old CCJ

Hi all,
Need advice. I will apply for tier 2 general visa soon. By looking at trustonline, I found that I had CCJ registered with my name (parking charge) in August 2016 at old address. I didnot know about that nor I received any court letter. As soon as I found out I paid for it (in december 2018) and got letter of satisfaction from court. Now my queries are;
1) does it affect my tier 2 visa application
2) As I paid it, should I mention in visa application (means should I tick the box of criminal conviction-CCJ in visa)
