Visa support and pay rise

Hi guys,

I've got my visa fully supported by the company and heard today that i will have a 2.5% of pay rise, which is £780... although i got a promotion last year along with more duties and responsibilities...
the manage explains all the expenses they had spent (thounds of pounds according to her) for my visa are including in this, so i should be happy that i could still get some rise...

am i an ungratful savage? or it sounds unfare for you too?
