I am applying for an extension on my Tier 2 visa .
I had recently received a PCN ( penalty charge notice) for a junction box!!
.which was paid within the 2 weeks period and even 50% discount for early payment!!.
do I have to declare this in the application and if yes where and how?.
and is there is a place on the application to give details of the type of PCN ( if this makes any difference).
and does the PCN affect the application of ILR in the future and in what way?.
and if you please could point out links with people who had a similar issue I would really appreciate it please.
