T2ICT to T2G impacts on Dependents

Post by suvendu_mandal » Thu Mar 14, 2019 12:01 am

Hello Experts,

I am currently working on T2ICT visa sponsored by my current employer. I am eligible to switch to T2G within UK as this visa was pre April 2011.
My T2ICT visa and family dependent visas will end by July 2020 but it can be extended further.

I have been offered a new job from different UK employer and they will provide the CoS.

When I will switch my visa, do I need to submit the dependents visas also?
Or only my visa will be switched now and I need to extend the dependent visas on/before July 2020?

Thanks,
SM.

Yours first then the family later gets you the best value for money.

You can apply all at once if you really want to but you are free to wait until their visas are closer to expiry.
