Please help me
I am on tier 2 visa issued in 2014 jan
I have been living in the uk since then
In Jan 2019 I got a police caution in relation to a common assault with
my 14 year old daughter
Now it is my 6 year ongoing and I need to apply for ILR
but I Fear refusal as the minimum duration to wait is 24 months
which I do not have starting from the date of caution as My visa expires In March 2020
What can I do to avoid the refusal with my application
All responses will be appreciated highly
Please do help and advise me
