Tier 2 ICT Visa

Hi,

I came to UK by Tier 2 ICT VISA, and it will expire next month end. Now as per the rule I have to serve 12 months cooling period and after that I can come again. Now in between these 12 months, my client want me to come UK using business VISA to provide some training and presentations. So can you plz tell me that, am I eligible to come UK using business visa and if so, then is it will be effected to my cooling period. My Current VISA will expire 30th May 2019, so if I used Business visa after that, then still am I will be eligible to come UK 1st June 2020 by Tire 2 visa again? Plz advice.

I think you will be subject to a good deal of scrutiny if you apply for a business visa. Given your ICT stay I am not entirely sure you will readily get a visa to essentially carry on existing work.
