Hello Guys,

Need some guidance. I am a bit stressed.

I applied for an inter company transfer to Canada last year but missed the deadline on giving my biometrics. Therefore as expected, they refused my work permit. I did not apply again as I got a job elsewhere.

I have now been offered a position in the UK under a SOC job. In my application for Tier 2, I would want to highlight this canada refusal. Would it affect the visa decision? Would it advisable to attach the canada refusal letter along with my application? Thanks in advance.
