Hi,
My wife got uk family visit visa in 2014 and visited uk with me. However, during that visit she stayed in UK for a period of 4 months instead of 1 month stated in the visa application. (However, she returned 1 month before expiry of her visit visa).
When we again applied for family visit visa in 2015, it got refused on the basis that my wife has stayed in Uk for a period longer than stated in her application which makes her not a genuine visitor seeking entry in Uk.
We again applied for visit visa in 2016 clarifying our status and explaining reasons for her longer stay but this time it again got refused based on the fact that they are not satisfied with her job. My wife's visa got refused again for the third time in 2018, this time the reason being that they are not satisfied with my job ( although i have a 5 year multi visit Uk visa ).
Now, I have got a job in UK as a doctor and will be applying for a tier 2 general visa along with my wife and son. My trust is an 'A' rated sponsor giving maintenance support to my dependents as well. Currently Iam living in Pakistan and have been married for the last 8 years.
Please, tell me based on my wife's visit visa refusal history ( refused visa 3 times and granted visit visa once ) how much is her chance of getting a Tier 2 dependent Visa.
Please also guide which documents I should provide. Do I also need to show marriage subsistence evidence and funds in her bank statement ?
Thanks
