Tier 2 - ICT Dependent work laws - Unique situation

Hi Guys, I have been given a Tier 2 ICT visa and wife has a dependent visa. She is currently employed with the India office of an Investment Bank. She wants to move to London with me and work for the London office of her company. But, while she is working out of the London office, she is going to continue to be employed with the India office and would be earning the India Salary. Is this permissible? What are the documentation that her company needs to make to allow her with this arrangement?
