switch From Tier1 to Tier2(Minster of Religion)

Specially CR001,

I am new in this board, but I am reading this board quite long. Sorry for my English. My case very complicated.
I was on Tier 1 from May 2014, and I applied excitation May 2017, got interview March 18.
after one year March 19 got refusal based on genuineness. I went to AR and they gave me
an other AR on May during this time I got Sponsor (MOR).
and on 23 May I got refusal (AR Tier1) and within 14 day on 30th May 19 I applied Tier2 (Minster of Religion)
I gave fingerprients on 19th june 19 with my 4 dependents and 23rd july got an email from HO my case
very complicated and it will take time....
till now I havan't got any updates from HO. we have very stress time since 2017. we lost our business and
70K money.
can you please give me your advice what chances I have to get visa and how long they take more.
My 10 years going to complete on December 19.
is it legal time it will count for long residency?

can you please give me you valuable suggestion.
