Refund of IHS and Visa Application fee

Hello,

My wife and children have recently applied for PBS dependent visa to join me in UK. However, she did a mistake in the date to arrive in UK and want to change that now.

I want to know what should she do?

i) Either withdraw/cancel the application and apply again?
ii) Or change the date on printout of application during appointment?
iii) If she goes for option i), would she get full refund of applicant fee +IHS?

Please suggest the best way forward. Thank you.
