Indian - UK born and applying for dependent

Please can you help me with query about travel history
My son is born in the UK in 2017 and travelled to India 2 times. We will be applying for his dependent visa from India and hence need your help on:

Application form Travel history
1. UK Travel history --> How many time have you been in the UK in past 10 years?
Since he is born in the UK what should I write:
Yes: Why was he in the UK? Date you arrived in the UK? and How long?
No: Then no further question.

2. Have you been issued UK VISA in past 10 years?
Yes: Should I provide his VISA start date but query 1 become absolute.

Please help.
