RCos points calculation

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to calculate point for RCos? My soc code is recently updated on the shortage occupation list and salary is 21k with 35 hours per week. My job title is graduate landscape architect.

I would like to know, if my salary is not 30k , will I be eligible to apply for COS?

Any advice is highly appreciated.
