Thanks a lot for replies guys. (my reason for the early extension is to avoid Brexit related issues late)
1) Is there a downside of going for an early tier-2 extension. (visa length does not matter as I will get ILR in 8 months while i will get visa for around 2 years)
i am continuing my job with the current employer and my current COS will end on 14th June 2020.I will try to generate a new unrestricted COS in December and a file visa in January beginning.
2) I will give a job end date in COS somewhere in 2021 but what will be the starting date
of job as I am already working with my employer.
3) what happens to existing COS once I generate a new one if extension gets rejected can I still continue work until June 14th June ( and file for extension again mitigating the issue that might have lead to rejection)
