Quick few questions for restricted cos

Hi,

My company has got their licence last week.

I am applying from Bangladesh under restricted cos.

They are now in the process of applying for a restricted cos for 11 of December allocation.

I have following few queries and will appreciate if you could help me out please.

1) when applying for a restricted cos, there is a section called 'Application for restricted cos - employment details', where you need to enter the start and end date, I understand the start date would be offer letter date but what would be the end date please?

2) I understand that for last month allocation, applicants with minimum of 40 points score got cos. Where does it say how to score 40 points? I have been looking for it but unable to find a valid source.
