Incorrect UK Visa aplication fee paid

I have recently made an Online application for UK visa for my child born in UK. The visa type is: PBS Dependant -Child. I have completed the online application form by selecting the length of CoS as 'more than 3 years' since my length of the CoS is 5 years(2016- 2021). But actually my remaining CoS period is only 2 years.

Since I selected the option as 'more than 3 years' the application fee was calculated as £1427.20 instead of £723.20 and paid the same. What should I do now? Will I need to contact Home Office for the refund? Please guide me on this.
