Tier2 Dependent visa - travel start date

Hello All,

I have a quick question regarding the travel start date for my dependent.

I have applied for visa at VFS Chennai mentioning the travel date as 30March2020. The questions I have are,


1. What would be the tentative start date which the embassy would provide for the travel date of 30March?
2. What should I do to change the travel date to 09March. I have already applied for a priority visa
