My spouse is applying with me but being asked for my visa expiry in IHS surcharge webpage

I need some help.

1. I entered my spouse details during the Tier 2 visa application form online, however, on IHS surcharge page it say 'there are no dependents' at the bottom. Should I just ignore this message and move on with payment?

2. My spouse is applying with me and completing the application form. On her IHS surcharge page, it is being asked to enter my visa expiry date. I have not received a visa yet. She is applying with me (as advised by the sponsor). Then how to fill this information of visa expiry?

What am I missing here? Urgent help is required as I am getting late for the application.
